The purpose of Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy is to prevent and treat injury often associated with bad posture, muscle imbalances, rehabilitate existing musculoskeletal problems, reduce muscle pain, correct dysfunction and relieve general aches and discomfort caused by repetitive environment, physical and mental stress.
